I went to view the complex and I have to say, upon first look, this complex is quiet, clean, and modern. I've made my decision to move to the area just from what I saw when I visited. All the amenities really caught my attention especially the package lockers. Gives you a sense of security for packages when you're not available to pick them up. The office staff was very friendly. I didn't feel pressured and I was given ample information about the process. The apartment itself was updated, modern, and spacious. The grounds were clean and I didn't see or smell dog poop as we were walking to the apartment. All pluses!! And that pool area! Don't know what it looks like in the summer but I will present at it for sure! Will give an update once I have moved in!

I would like to express how amazing the leasing team has been through my whole moving in process!! A special should out to Cameron whom I have been working closely with as well as Jasmine. When Cameron was out sick, she kept the ball rolling answering all my questions and helping me so I was not without anyone while he was out. Cameron was so great getting right back to me when I was inquiring about the apartment. He was also so great with the process of getting approved. When I wasn’t able to move into the apartment till later in the month he changed my move in date which was amazing since I am paying for two places at once right now!! This was so accommodating. When Getting my washer and dryer delivered they offered to let the movers in while I was gone since I travel for work (with written permission of course). Cameron just called me to make sure I understood what balance was left on my account since my date changed. Everyone was so sweet and helpful the whole time. Plus the office is extremely easy to get ahold of. Seriously the best moving in experience I have ever had. Thank you guys so much! I cannot recommend The Logan enough!!!! ❤️

Jassmin and Ashley are always ready to help. Madison also made the move in process so easy for me and my husband. The maintenance team is always ready to help with any repairs needed for your apartment. I really recommend these apartments we have been living here for over 6 months and we love this place 💙 keep up the good work everyone we appreciate it very much

Big shoutout to the maintenance guy Carlos! I’m a single female living alone and he’s always got a smile on his face even to help me with the most mundane tasks - like unjamming spoons from my kitchen drawer. All the maintenance staff have been great and super helpful, but Carlos always goes above and beyond & I feel very safe letting him into my unit. I’ve been living here for nearly 3 years and the complex is a great place to be. Always quiet, clean, and well maintained. If I get nitpicky I do feel like portions of my unit could have been repaired better before I moved in, but that’s just the ‘landlord special’ I’m used to expecting. Also the complex laundry situation is a bit frustrating, as they use an app to pay and report issues with machines, which doesn’t always refund me for a machine not drying my laundry, or not starting when I pay to start it. I do realize this is an issue with the company they contract with, and not the staff’s issue itself. Just thought I’d point it out. Office staff is a little difficult to get ahold of unless you go straight into the leasing office. However, my building did have a tragedy a few months ago where the building caught on fire due to another tenant, and the staff did go above and beyond to accommodate those who were displaced while make sure the rest of us who were not effected didn’t receive any damage.

UPDATE: So after I thought about what I could do I was able to get FLEX and they paid the rent in one payment and I was able to pay them with split payments using different cards. So it all worked out. Again my initial review was not on the property or staff it was on how the portal is set up. But everything is fine now. I have been here for going on three months. The leasing office ladies and gents have always been nice. My issue is the payment options for rent. This month I have had some financial issues so I’m needing to split my rent between cards. Online doesn’t offer that option and any payment center doesn’t allow payments to be made with credit card. So unless you are able to pay all to one card or account online or paying cash or debit at a payment center there’s no way to make your payment and the office is basically saying there’s nothing they can do to help me and if I’m late I’m still going to get an eviction notice and late charge. Even though this is not my issue!
